When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide and fit notes. Our designs typically follow standard Australian sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking the specific fabric stretch information provided in the description.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error.
